The rental price includes a consumption of 30kW per day (10 hours). If this consumption is exceeded, the surplus will be charged at a rate of 2lei / kW.
Self-managed cleaning involves collecting and disposing of trash in the outside bins, washing dishes, vacuuming, and mopping the floor.
In the case of a large volume of waste exceeding the bin capacity or bulky waste, an additional fee of + 100 lei per day will be applied.
Prices include VAT (19%).
Full day is considered to be 10 hours.
The studio rental price does not include team members. You can book them separately.
Video & Photo equipment available for booking.
The equipment available for rental can only be booked together with the rental of Arsenic Studio. It can not be rented separately to be used in other locations.

Our building has a strict no smoking policy (including electronic cigarettes, vaping etc.). Smoking is only allowed outdoors, at the designated area.
Paper Backdrops: + 150 lei per use only if the model stands on it.
The studio has no backgrounds put in place, as there are dozens of options to choose from and to create with. Keep in mind that the walls are heavy and in order to make the background setup, two people and a good plan of action are required. We kindly ask you to leave it all in the same condition and positions when finished with your project. Available backgrounds may differ from season to season, please check their availability prior to your booking, shall you require a specific set.
To confirm the booking, you need to pay 50% upfront. The rest must be paid when the shooting ends cash or by card.
The time starts counting from the moment you enter the studio and it stops the moment it is back to its’ original condition, as you found it.
You can only enter the studio at the priorly agreed time. Please do not come earlier.
The overtime is not fractional, the charge is per hour and any delay counts as an extra hour.
Weekend bookings: + 595 lei / day for the studio manager.
Working hours: 09:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday.
Shooting with props that cause a lot of mess (e.g.: confetti): + 250 lei.
Heating: + 119 lei (winter only) / day.
The client making the booking is responsible for his crew respecting the rules and will be held accountable for any breach.

A grip is a specialized technician who sets up, operates, and maintains the equipment that supports the camera and lighting departments.
Set up and operate the lighting equipment on set to create the desired mood.
Is a crucial member of the filmmaking crew responsible for capturing and recording high-quality sound for video productions.

Assists with camera setup, including mounting the camera, attaching lenses, and connecting cables. Provides focus pulling assistance to maintain sharp focus on the subject
Oversees the operation and setup of the camera equipment, ensuring that the shots capture the desired aesthetic and visual elements. Directs the lighting crew to create the desired lighting conditions, highlighting key elements and creating the desired mood. Manages the camera crew and ensures that the camera operators execute the desired shots effectively.
A director on set is the person in charge of the entire filmmaking process, ensuring that the film or television production is brought to life as envisioned by the script and the creative team. They work closely with the cast, crew, and other stakeholders to achieve the desired artistic and technical goals.
Collaborates with the director to develop the production schedule, call sheets and shot list. Organizes and coordinates the transportation, lodging, and catering for the cast and crew. Oversees the movement of the cast and crew on set, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
A production coordinator, is a key member of the film and television production team who handles the behind-the-scenes logistics that ensure smooth progress throughout the project. They work closely with the production manager to manage the production's schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring that all aspects of the filmmaking process run efficiently and effectively.
